New Instructors
Please contact us if you are interested in joining our team.
We developed, tested and refined a clear set of roles and a process for career advancement for instructors. New instructors start with an in-class introduction seminar for our online system. For some courses, new instructors arrange Skype consulting sessions with our content providers. Subsequently, supervised by an experienced instructor, a trainee typically starts by taking an online course as a student, works through course assignments, is encouraged to get a grade and is partially responsible for one or two students.
CTM Online courses are great for the professional development of teachers. They inspire how to teach more effectively and help teachers improve their technical English.
